We still have seats available for our Wine Maker Dinner with Artesa! First course will be paired with a 2017 Albariño. Artesa has one of the best locations to grow one of Spain’s most popular white varietal; this variety loves cool weather and ripens late without reaching high alcohol levels. Artesa planted the now 20 year old vines in one of the coolest spots in their estate vineyard, located in one of the highest hillside peaks to protect the delicate grapes from any late afternoon sun. On the nose, notes of orange blossom, honey and lilac intertwined with stone fruit. A smooth bright entry gives way to distinct minerality and hints of white nectarine and floral characteristics.
